Diploma, GED or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: 1+ to 2 Years

JOB DUTIES: Must be willing to work some weekend rotations to provide
coverage for a 7x24 helpdesk operation. Responsible for providing first
point of contact for clients in providing technical support and problem
resolution for all Products and Services. Tier 2 supports all IT project and
services utilized by the business in the following areas: Applications,
Servers, Personal Services (wireless cards, homelines, cell phones, etc),
Desktop Computing (End User Services), and Networks. The focus will be on
server support (Unix and NT) and Desktop Computing.
